An Integrated Process Engineered for Global Excellence
By combining design sensibility with manufacturing discipline, we deliver textile solutions that move seamlessly from concept to global delivery—efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
FA Home & Apparel follows integrated process framework to maintain complete control across the value chain – ensuring that every product is developed with precision, produced with consistency, and delivered with reliability. It is this commitment to process excellence that enables us to meet the evolving demands of global markets while upholding the highest standards of quality and performance.
Fabric Storage
Our process begins with a robust and digitised fabric repository that forms the backbone of our product development ecosystem. With a wide spectrum of woven and knit fabrics, blends, and specialty materials, our sourcing and archival systems enable rapid access, traceability, and continuous innovation.
Capabilities Integrated:
- Digitised warehousing & inventory tracking
- Fabric archiving for repeatability & R&D
- Fibre-to-fabric expertise across categories

An Important Cog

From knits to woven, our repositories contain fabrics for all our manufacturing needs, be it a high quality garment or a fine piece of home textile. We store the finest fabrics not just for fabrication, but also to support constant research, development and testing of new designs and ideas. Fabrics in storage are organized to minimize wastage and help us make effective and efficient use of our resources.
Rigorous Quality Assurance
Every material undergoes rigorous testing protocols within our compliance-approved in-house laboratory to ensure it meets global performance and durability standards. Our quality engineering approach allows us to identify and eliminate inconsistencies at the earliest stage.
Capabilities Integrated:
- Spectrophotometer-based colour accuracy testing
- GSM, yarn count & construction analysis
- Shrinkage, crocking & colour fastness testing
- pH testing, trim strength & product durability checks
- AQL-aligned quality frameworks

In-House Testing Lab
Our fully operational, compliance-approved in-house lab at our Head Office meets international standards and is staffed with experienced professionals. To maintain consistent color accuracy and fabric performance, we use a spectrophotometer to test textile pigments. Additionally, we conduct a range of tests By incorporating these quality control measures, we ensure that every product meets international standards before it reaches our customers.
Fabric Relaxation
Prior to cutting, fabrics undergo a controlled relaxation process to restore their natural state and ensure dimensional stability. This critical pre-production stage minimises distortion and ensures consistency in fit, structure, and final output.
Capabilities Integrated:
- Climate-controlled relaxation environments
- Fabric behaviour analysis based on composition
- Stability optimisation for woven & stretch materials
Our relaxation process takes place in a controlled environment, ensuring the fabric settles naturally before moving on to the cutting stage. This minimizes inconsistencies and ensures a perfect fit for every garment and home textile product we manufacture.

Unroll & Stabalize

Keeping fabrics in a relaxed mode from opening the tie and cover, is done in natural temperature. Fabrics relaxation means relaxing fabrics from its roll-type tie. Relaxation is very important to get fabric’s own shape, garments measurements depend on proper fabrics behavior. Relaxation is also necessary for stretch fabrics. The objective of fabric relaxation is to keep fabric’s dimensional stability intact. Fabric relaxation time depends on the fabric’s nature and customer requirements.
Precision Cutting with Advanced Technology
Leveraging CAD-driven systems and automated cutting technologies, we translate designs into precise patterns and components. This stage is optimised for accuracy, material efficiency, and scalability across production volumes.
Capabilities Integrated:
- CAD-based pattern development
- Marker planning for optimal fabric utilisation
- Automated & laser cutting systems
- Reduced wastage through precision engineering

State-of-the-Art Cutting Techniques

Our advanced CAD-based pattern-making software allows for precise digital pattern creation and efficient fabric utilization. Additionally, laser and automated cutting machines ensure each piece is cut to perfection, reducing human error and improving efficiency in bulk production.
Expert Fabrication
Our manufacturing facilities bring together skilled craftsmanship and advanced machinery to execute each product with precision. The assembly process is structured into specialised operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across every unit.
Capabilities Integrated:
- High-speed stitching lines & specialised machinery
- Computerised lock stitch, overlock & hemming systems
- Wide belt fusing & automated finishing equipment
- Modular production lines for scalability
A Blend of Traditional Craftsmanship & Modern Machinery
We employ a variety of specialized high-speed sewing machines, overlockers, and hemming units to achieve flawless stitching and durability. Our skilled workforce ensures every piece is assembled with precision, reflecting our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.

State Of The Art Facilities

Our facilities are equipped with state of the art sewing and finishing equipment which includes Automated Bottom Hemming, Placket Sewing, Computerized Single NDI Lock Stitch w/ Rear Puller, Pattern sewing, wide belt fusing machines, Sewing machines. The product assembly process is broken into smaller units called operations. Each operator is given one or more operations to do. The piece is passed from one operator to the next operator in a predetermined pattern enabling the total assembly of the product.
Finishing, Folding & Packaging
Each product undergoes a comprehensive finishing process to achieve a refined, market-ready standard. From final inspections to packaging, every detail is executed with care to ensure product integrity through transit and retail display.
Capabilities Integrated:
- Thread trimming, steam ironing & finishing
- Multi-stage quality inspections
- Customised folding & hanger packing solutions
- Sustainable and specification-led packaging

Packaging of products is done in many ways. Some product, i.e: garments, are hanger packed (coats, jackets, suits, children’s dresses etc) and some are fold packed (shirts, t-shirts, track suits, etc.) The type of packaging is dependent on the specifications of the buyer, the display techniques at point of sale, the volume of products, etc.
